Peter Lang

Peter Lang is an Organizational Consultant and Trainer. His approach to consultation and training is founded on using systemic thinking and methods to be able to construct the organization's world and life to be effective. He has wide experience of using methods of Appreciative Inquiry and Transformational research working with Organization, Business, and Communities in Scandinavia, South Africa, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and South Africa. He has developed methods for working with large groups managing change and transformation on a large scale. He has recently completed a substantial project working with all the schools and the community of a large town in the north of Sweden. The process involved working with schools and large communities for rapid and enduring change. He is CO-Principal of the Kensington Consultation Centre in London, a center for research, training, consultation, and therapy using a systemic constructionist approach. He is currently engaged in a number of development projects working with organizations, schools, and communities on large scale change.
