REFUND POLICY

 

Cancellation Prior to the First Day of Camp

Students or parents who cancel registration prior to the first day of camp are eligible to receive a full refund of camp tuition minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Please call the camp office prior to the first day of camp if you must cancel your registration and would like a full refund.

 

Cancellation Following the Beginning of Camp

Students or parents who fail to notify the camp office of their intent to cancel registration by the first day of camp are ineligible to receive a full refund of camp expenses. Those cancelling registration after the first day of camp will only receive a 50% refund of tuition expenses minus the cost of the $100 non-refundable deposit.
