for both members and in support of Baylor University and the student body.

Women Self Defense Seminar: Girls Fight Back! CampusSpeak’s National Speaker
Erin Weed will be presenting an entertaining and informative event educating
female students on ways to stay safe when living on campus. Join us for
this free evening of great information which is supported by the Baylor

All-University Event: Lion Hunt!
Every Tuesday in October – check the Lariat newspaper and the Alpha Delta Pi
website for weekly clues and you may solve the case of our missing Lion mascot!
The first person that discovers where the clues lead in this virtual hunt and
emails the answer to adpilionhunt@yahoo.com will win $500
dollars! Attend Dr. Pepper Hour on November 7th to find out which student wins

Presenataion
All-Fraternity Event: ADPi Knights!
Every Spring Alpha Delta Pi Sisters host ADPi Knights for all Fraternity Members, a
three-day mixer type competition in which fraternity members must gather tokens from
our Sisters. The winning fraternity gets a mixer with our Sisters and a cash prize.
Congrats to Alpha Phi Alpha for winning this past year’s competition!
Baylor University-Wide Events
Alpha Delta Pi sorority members are excited to return to Sing this year with
an amazing dance and song performance. Members will be hard at work in January
and February getting ready for the Baylor onstage extravaganza in Waco Hall! Click

Intramural Victories!
Alpha Delta Pi sisters excel in Baylor Intramural sports, heading to the playoffs in
almost every sport this past year. Sisters enjoyed participating in tennis, volleyball,
flag football, soccer and basketball to name a few. In addition, Spirit Boosters from the
sorority attend our games to cheer on our Sisters!

Homecoming Events
In addition to hosting a barbeque for parents and chapter alumnae, Sisters are proud to
participate in Baylor’s Homecoming parade with a float, and our Sisters host one of the most
popular attractions for the Baylor Alumni who attend the Baylor Bonfire. Hundreds of attendees
enjoyed free hot chocolate served by our ADPi Sisters from our Alpha Delta Pi Booth!
Stompfest
Alpha Delta Pi sisters take the stage in Waco Hall to participate in Stomp,
an all-university program held each March.
Alpha Delta Pi Service Activities
Steppin’ Out
Alpha Delta Pi Sisters are proud to support the Baylor service program by volunteering each semester
to complete projects to improve our Waco community.
Service at the Ronald McDonald House
Alpha Delta Pi Sisters support our international philanthropy by volunteering at the Temple
location of the Ronald McDonald House. Sisters sort toys, plan games, help to host the
Christmas "Light the House" fundraiser, and provide upkeep for the home which hosts parents
and families of seriously ill children who must travel to the area for medical treatment.
Fraternity/Sorority Fundraiser Events!
Alpha Delta Pi Sisters participate in many of the events held on campus each
semester in support of the various philanthropies that our Greek or service
groups host. This past year Alpha Delta Pi Sisters won the Sigma Tau Gamma
Fraternity Kickball Tournament, placed 3rd in the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity
Watermelon Bash, and won the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity Bake-Off Contest!

Crush Party
Alpha Delta Pi sisters pick their four favorite guys to ’crush’ – invite to a
great event which can range from a dance, skating party, water balloon fight
or concert by a live band or any other surprise our amazing Social Chair
dreams up!
Formals
Live Bands or great DJ’s are on the ticket for all sorts of formal dinners and
dances throughout the school year. This past year the chapter has traveled to
Dallas on chartered coaches and enjoyed our International Celebration Black
Diamond Formal along the Brazos River.

Casuals & Alpha (New Member) Dances
Theme events or just a casual club atmosphere lets Sisters and dates enjoy lots of evenings
of casual fun throughout the year!
Fraternity Mixers
Alpha Delta Pi sisters enjoy events with different fraternities throughout the year – from
mixers to sports events, movie mixers, and service days, lots of fun activities are on the
calendar for our sisters to enjoy.
Date Dash
The element of surprise always adds excitement! At any time members are called to find a
date and head to a special surprise event hosted for ADPi’s!

Sisterhood Retreats
Pack up for an overnighter and a weekend of creating lots of sisterhood memories as our
chapter members participate in games and activities to strengthen the friendships of the
First & Finest Sisterhood!
Parent&pos;s Programs
Sisters host special events throughout the year to honor their parents and allow their
parents the opportunity to also be involved with our organization. A Parent&pos;s Club allows
for interaction with other parents, as well as events hosted by chapter members such as
Parent&pos;s Tea, Homecoming events, Founder&pos;s Day programs all help give parents the opportunity
to see how our Sisters benefit from being members of Alpha Delta Pi sorority.
Total Membership Education (TME)
Alpha Delta Pi is recognized
as again being a pioneer in the Greek system by being the first sorority to
implement this leadership program for members. TME teaches skills to members
that are valuable both while in school and beyond as our members take on
leadership positions in companies and excel in reaching personal goals. TME
encompasses a wide range of programs to benefit the members, including the
following:
- Educational Workshops – provide an opportunity
for personal growth and development of presentation skills throughout the
college career.
- Retreat – educates members about sorority expectations,
and a time to celebrate sisterhood!
- Alpha Education Program – lasts 4-6 weeks for Alpha
members, providing the basic educational foundation about Alpha Delta Pi.
- Diamond Sisters – act as mentors or sponsors for
each new member beginning with the Alpha Member Ceremony.
