Whereas: Student Congress is elected by the Student Body to represent and voice the opinions of students; and

Whereas: Student Congress is a means by which student concerns are addressed; and

Whereas: Baylor University's residence life has a renewed commitment to quality; and

Whereas: The toilet paper is just as important as other housekeeping issues; and

Whereas: The toilet paper does not match up with the quality reputation of the school; and

Whereas: The toilet paper all over campus is thin, and cheap; and

Whereas: Many people live on campus and this is the only toilet paper they use; and

Whereas: One uses two to three times as much toilet paper to make up for the thinness.

Therefore: Be it resolved by the Baylor University Student Congress assembled that we encourage Baylor University's Housekeeping to consider buying and supplying two-ply toilet paper for sanitation, quality and comfort.
