Guidelines and Policies

• Live Online Reference and Electronic Reference services are available to currently employed or enrolled faculty, students, staff, and administrators. Patrons not currently affiliated with Baylor University may submit questions via email.
• We reserve the right to refuse to answer questions we find offensive and inappropriate (profanity, racial epithets, etc.) and intrusive personal questions. Abusive, obscene, threatening or harassing messages will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate online sessions.
