Permission to Publish Request Form

To request permission to publish, read the following and fill out the request form below.

I request permission to publish the Materials listed below.  I have read and agree to comply by the Regulations for Use of Materials. I understand this is a one-time publication authorization of the items listed below from the holdings of the Baylor University Collections of Political Materials. In addition, materials obtained by photocopy shall be used in accordance with the terms of the BCPM Photoduplication Regulations. I understand that Materials must be correctly Cited and that Materials not listed herein will require an additional Permission to Publish Request. I understand that this authorization satisfies only my obligation to the Baylor University Collections of Political Materials, and confers only such permissions as are at the disposition of this collection. Compliance with the laws governing copyright protection, and with any other applicable laws and regulations, is entirely the responsibility of the individual who undertakes to publish or otherwise reproduce these materials. Permission for publication of materials from the holdings of BCPM will be for one-time publication only after submission of this form. When applicable, as in the case of manuscript or archival holdings, the title of the specific collection should precede the general citation. Citation of source for materials will be: Baylor University Collections of Political Materials. Waco, Texas. If materials from BCPM holdings should become a significant or major resource for a publication, we request that a copy of the published work be presented to BCPM.
