Cotton Palace at night - The Cotton Palace
had closed before Poage was married, but many of
the local social activities were still based on its
history. It later burned.

First Class Passenger Train - One of the fine
trains of the 1930's. The train provided the
fastest and most comfortable service to
Washington.
