Map Collection Collection Statement The Baylor Collections of Political Materials (BCPM) Map Collection consists primarily of the maps given to the BCPM by the late Honorable W. R. Poage. It was initially organized and cataloged in the spring of 1992, and underwent a reorganization during the fall of 1994. The collection is housed in two places : the map case, and the map closet. Currently (1996), the collection consists of over two hundred and eighty series (over 1200 individual maps). Maps are categorized according to three subject/location designations : international maps, United States maps, and state maps. Click on the following to see a LIST of maps.
