Join us at this unique forum where you can meet with all kind of librarians (public, school, special, and academic) from all over the country and discuss how libraries are using meeting software and course management software to communicate and engage their users. This session will discuss how to engage users; etiquette; techniques; meeting rules; how to manage a meeting using meeting/course management software effectively in order to increase productivity. Bring your ideas, your questions, and your handouts for swapping. Hope to see you there!
