Designed for instructors, this site presents in 7 modules everything from the basics to creating a web site to cutting edge technologies. While all of the modules are very well done, Module 5 "Designing Learning Environments" stands out as especially good. Here, instructors can learn how to design an effective web course. This is a great site!
