The mission of the Geography Program is to educate students in systematic geographies including physical, cultural, economic, and political geography; train students in geographic techniques, including mapping skills and spatial analysis: provide professional training for students seeking employment in geographic education; and develop marketable skills for students through training in geographic information systems.
