LOCATION:
We will be meeting on the campus of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Sessions will be held in the Leavell Center.

HOUSING:
You may make reservations to stay at the Providence House, located across the street from the seminary. Single-occupancy rooms are $30 plus tax per night. Double-occupancy is $32 plus tax per night. This facility is owned by the seminary. It was originally a motor court (probably built in the fifties).

If you prefer to stay elsewhere, one possibility is the Best Western Landmark which has an Airport Shuttle. It is about 10 minutes away on the freeway. So it requires local transportation.

There are no other good options in the immediate vicinity of the seminary. Best Western quoted a rate of $65 per night. Their number is (504) 888-9500

CONFERENCE FEE: $15.00

SATURDAY DINNER:
The Saturday evening meal will be on campus at a cost of $14.00 per person. After dinner there will be a presentation on "Divine Hiddenness" by Jonathan Kvanvig (Texas A& M).

ACTIVITIES IN NEW ORLEANS:
Friday evening has been left free of sessions to allow you to enjoy one of New Orleans fine restaurants. For those who are interested, there is also a Dixieland Jazz/Dinner Cruise which boards at 6:00 p.m. (and departs at 7:00 p.m.) in from the Toulouse Street Wharf in the French Quarter. The steamboat returns to harbor at 9:00 p.m. Dinner plus the cruise is $42.50 per person. The cruise only is $22.50 per person. If you are interested in this option, please send in the attached reservation form. We need to get a count to make reservations with the cruise people. If the number of people interested is sufficient, we will be able to get somewhat-reduced group rates.

On Saturday afternoon there will be another opportunity for New Orleans activities. You are asked to indicate your preference for one of three options on the enclosed reservation form. Getting a count will help us to arrange appropriate transportation to three different locations.
