This page is especially designed to help newbies find neopet users who can give them advice and tips about this site. They are often found in the newbie chat warning against the latest scammers/hackers. Please do not ask them for items or np. They are already giving all they can...at considerable risk to their accounts. You may be wondering: How are they risking their accounts by warning against scammers/hackers? Here is one example:

my_hero spent many hours warning newbies against hackers/scammers. He even created the anti-scam page and banner you find on my list of scammers, in my shop, in my guild, and listed below:

One of the scammer/hackers (too many of them have claimed the credit...just like some terrorist groups...) with multiple accounts began writing neopets claiming that my_hero was trying to hack into their accounts.

my_hero's account has once again been frozen because of his efforts to protect newbies. This not only put newbies at a disadvantage by removing one of the most protective of us, it also sent a clear message to scammer/hacker and guardian alike: Those who want to scam/hack other accounts simply have to lie to get neopets to freeze the account of the guardian who reports them.

Update: Even though my_hero has been unfrozen, he still has not been sent the info he needs to return to his account despite repeatedly asking Neopets to send him the info. Until he regains access to his account, he will remain listed on the Fallen Guardians.

Those of us who continue to risk frozen accounts in an effort to protect newbies are listed below. Please contact me if you wish to use this logo on your site.

I am the sole person responsible for choosing Newbie Guardians at this time. It is by invitation only based on my personal observations of users. Only those whom I have invited will be listed here. Please do not contact me asking to become a Newbie Guardian. If I notice you often enough on the newbie chat, I will contact you. I average a minimum of 10 hours each day on Neopets, most of which is spent in the newbie chat. The Newbie Guardians are not a guild. We are diverse group of Neopians who want to help make NeoPets as fun and safe as possible.
